As our social media and graphic design intern, you'll create and plan posts to help get the word out about our food waste reduction efforts.

 Key Responsibilities

• Create easily customizable/editable graphics for social media, website, and print.

• Develop infographics - particularly focused on food waste and sustainability themes - ensuring clarity and visual appeal

• Assist in sourcing and curating content (photos, videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Support the execution of content calendars and scheduling posts via Hootsuite

• Engage with audience - responding to comments/messages and fostering community interaction

• Collect raw footage and perform basic video editing for short-form content

• Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) to assess content effectiveness

• Research and apply current social media and design trends to keep content fresh and relevant

• Assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed: simple file formatting, presentations, content repurposing, and maintaining digital asset libraries
