Our food rescue market pantry lets you choose from rescued and purchased staple foods, often enough for about a week of groceries, plus some options for folks with food allergies or dietary restrictions. Your $40 program commitment reserves a 30-minute shopping appointment at our market. Food availability changes weekly, and items are not guaranteed. This commitment is not a retail purchase; it covers the costs of sourcing, purchasing, transporting, and distributing food, and helps fund free programs for schools, seniors in mobile home communities, and local mutual aid groups. Appointment Policy: Attendance is firm. Once your appointment is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled, credited, or refunded. If you cannot attend, the food is donated to others. You may send a proxy or switch to pickup-only, but otherwise, please ensure you can attend before booking. Total with processing fee: $41.46. All funds directly support affordable, allergy-friendly access to food and food rescue efforts in San Diego.
